I work with a team and we go through dozens of lockboxes which can be pricey - not to mention the cost to replace the locks if someone decides to steal the keys.

I bought a $300 SimpliSafe package and the vandals saw the signage out front which was an invitation to smash the electric meter (i.e. cut the power) then break in and steal the SimpliSafe system, including the motion sensor camera.

Because if properties go under contract in a couple of days it would be better to give a strong offer that still works for you instead of trying to save money and having someone else come in and steal the deal.

I agree with all the above and would add from my personal experience that as a Wholesale buyer I would not "steal the deal" because if I did I would burn that bridge with that wholesaler and then would only get one deal out of them instead of a partnership and pipeline that I like to build over time.
