@Shannon Staff in my market the section 8 inspector was more concerned with windows that aren't cracked that could open and lock, a stove that works, testing carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.

The unit needs to have a kitchen sink and a stove to cook on.

The grass & tree branches aren’t cut or the stove is broken for many months.
