When searching to fund this deal, ensure that the lender has a partial release clause allowing you to sell off individual properties while keeping the loan as a whole.

I’ve seen a few websites about seminars/training, while google searching but then see reviews that aren’t so great.

The first few times were far enough apart from each other that we searched for other simple reasons it would not work only to be told we have to re-setup the existing tenant in payments. 

I am distraught, searching for an attorney who could somehow rescue me from an eviction record.
