Hello all, I’m entering my third week being live with our Airbnb and I’ve been trying to decide 1.

Consider house hacking and short-term rentals for reduced living expenses.

Not every off-plan project is a surefire win; some are overhyped, and others don’t live up to expectations once completed.

The idea of letting someone bring their own RV, live in it a week or three, and then leave with it and their mess is great.  

I recently used my VA Loan to house-hack a townhome in the area I live in.

Unfortunately, we live in California so we would have to pay significant capital gains if we sell.

Especially if you are going to house hack, if you earn $50k salary on a W2, you can likely buy about a $200k house (yes you need savings for down payment, so that ramen life, keeping the college, paid off car, and living at home, if possible, or with as many roommates as you can find will all help).

It would be ideal to do BRRRR in GA first, since we live in Atlanta, GA.

I'm also assuming you're looking for a 4plex near where you live.
