Hi all, doing some research on my own of course but wondering…is Airbnb arbitrage legit with STRs or just a hoax for instagram influencers?

There is reading about pushups and then there is actually doing pushups or working with a trainer on pushups.I still have ALL my rental arbitrage units to this day and we have added STR properties this year that are performing great!

Consider a top-performing operator who already manages assets in the market and has strong renovation skills, is using less leverage, as these deals are starting to pencil out. 

@Sridhar D. that's a strange reason unless the tenant needs to fix their credit or save up for a down payment to qualify for a mortgage.If so, I wouldn't hold my breath that they will perform.

There are companies that perform this as a service.  

With a bit of decor and management savvy you can easily be in the top quarter or even 10% without needing to build a waterpark in your backyard and bring in influencers for your photos.
