we have always delivered the first round of materials, then a second round at the midpoint (which should be everything they need except for last minute forgotten or unexpected items) but I won’t be there to “guard” the materials. 

I am renting out some open space for stockpiling shingles and roof wrap, ice and snow guard, drip edge, coil nails, and plastic caps. 

It's a great group that can help active, reserve, guard and veterans not just get into real estate investing but has resources to help them with their VA loans and more.

If rents go from your property manager to your ABC, Trust... do they then need to be distributed to the LLC which is only disclosed within the highly-guarded trust paperwork?

My husband used to be in the Coast Guard and he would stop in at Friday Harbor as often as he could manage to get his crew lunch.
