We have a pool and are 3 Miles from the Beach so we are content with those amenities... the location also offers countless options for Shopping, Dining and Entertainment.

Just had a slew of items recently charged to me, example broken lamps, dining chair damage, blinds that broke etc that the property management charged me and not the guest.

Build a large deck, set-up a dining set and put creative outdoor furniture - people come to the area to enjoy outdoors.

Convert the dining room, family room, and basement and you are now renting 6 rooms vs a 3BR house.
