I've started using Tenant Cloud as of January of this year to self-manage my house hack 4 unit and it's been great.

Remember these tools are cloud based software as a service.

I found a great cloud-based brokerage that will allow me to train without physically being in the office taking leave from my military position.I think about finding a brokerage like going shoe shopping.

When you make profit, pay yourself with an Owner Draw and it will be easy to track.I also recommend a cloud-based file storage system for keeping documents.

QBO is a cloud-based accounting software designed to meet the needs of small businesses, including those in the food industry.

They are a cloud based firm so they can afford to offer an aggressive split, low fees, and a commission cap.    

I like to buy the ones that are wireless (easier for self install) and do not have a subscription plan for video recording on the cloud.2) consider placing decibel readers within the house to detect loud noises (parties) past quiet hours.3) depending on the property or your portfolio, might be worth looking into direct bookings marketing
