If you were on a money blog, FI or Dave Ramsey forum, your audience would be celebrating you in the streets, so your plan isn't 'bad'.My path was to get up to my unit count/portfolio goal before I started knocking them out. 

As mentioned, I will celebrate my 21st year in business with KW this year.
