I've begun to look at Killeen, Kyle, and Taylor areas.

She just recently moved out and I've begun the renovation portion of the BRRRR; fully renovated and expanded kitchen, two full bath renovations, full porch renovation, finishing the basement, etc.

In the eyes of the City, nothing has begun.

Currently we own 2 properties that are doing well, and my wife has begun co-hosting other peoples properties and she is doing amazing at it (Superhost & 100% 5 star reviews since March 22). yes, I'm bragging on my wife a little :).

Hey Amy -  It certainly was slower here in the fall and it has begun to pick up as we approach summer, and then combine that with interest rates ticking down a bit, more buyers have come into the marketplace again.   

However, I have begun pursuing deals outside of the partnership on a solo basis for the time being. 

I haven't begun building out a team so I'm a bit away from jumping into this strategy.I'd like to connect with other investors who are doing this in the Cleveland area to compare notes and refine strategies.
