Hey Columbus folks, I'm hoping someone can help me determine the going cap rate for the area around Roosevelt Park on the southeast corner of Southern Orchards (southeast of Nationwide Children's).

Southeast Mortgage did the refinance for us.

People are moving to the southeast US in droves after the pandemic and mostly from more expensive markets.

I guess it would just have to be a case by case basis, which is what I do for clients now, but I’ve always struggled with how to charge for design/decor.And id be open to anywhere in the Southeast, would be easiest in driving distance -let’s say 6 hour radius from Atlanta (I know lots of people are doing N GA, TN, NC)

But as an out of town investor , scrappers are a very serious problem in the south east area of Michigan,  they prey on houses that are left empty too long.

From my research this far I am looking towards the south east region of the US.

I'm in Kentucky and I've lived in the south my whole life...I believe, as do others I've talked to NOT in the south, that the south east (excluding Florida) has some of the best cash flow available.Low cost of living, high consumer bankruptcies and low earnings when compared with the rest of the country.

Specifically, this is Crawford County Kansas or Southeast Kansas. 

They are in Greater Arlington, North, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest, and Urban Core.The leads also have their specified neighborhoods.I’m just trying to figure out the best place to start in for right now.
