I have been to Singapore... and your description is right on.. we are staying at the millinum the one with the ship built on top of it.. and the longest infinity pool in the world and I think the highest off the ground  :)I could see living in Thailand for those that like the beachs and water.. its pretty great.. warm clear sand is like baking powder.. 

She had to remove all contaminated soil and truck in dirt to replace it.

A product called "Nature's Miracle" (you can get at any pet supply store) will break down all chemicals in animal urine but, if it got through the pad and on the sub floor, I would definately replace and not allow pets anymore.Ever smelled a home in the summer with soiled carpets????

Each year I  have holes in walls that need repair, screen doors broken, missing screens, dirty walls and heavily soiled carpet as examples.
