The manager is refusing to share stating privacy laws.

Stiff competition I'm shure.Depends, some small cemetary in back that has very little visitations or traffic might not be a problem, especially if you have a privacy fence (which should be there BTW).

I don't think there is an issue of privacy but we would have to give our login and password to every PM customer.

Some people just to just create their own "kitchen" in the basement to respect the other tenant's privacy but that is easier to do with a basement in a SFR rather than a townhome.  

No Problem2) No Tax Returns - Tax Returns are not collected either, so for whatever reason (privacy, "flags" that other lending programs will mark, etc) that you might not want to provide, not a problem3) No Cap - A lot of investors will qualify and take advantage of low-rate conventional or bank financing and get their start with those loans?

All my dining spaces have a bed in there with some sort of partition for privacy. 

This amounts to lost opportunity because if you had purchased RE, at the closing it can start producing return. 5) ADUs detract from the existing structure whether this is privacy, a garage, or just yard space. 6) this is related to number 1, but there are many more buyers looking to purchase homes for their family than there are RE investors looking to purchase small unit count properties.
