A large part of my previous customer base is from about a 4 hour drive radius from here....Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, etc who have vacation homes in my area.

This has lead me to think that i should probably narrow my focus on a specific submarket, instead of trying to analyze deals in the entire Minneapolis / St Paul Twin Cities Minnesota area!
