I recently heard of taking the listing off of "Insta book" so I can approve or decline bookings to time it right.

Of course I have several agents that I have met "the old fashioned way" but many more who I have connected with through instagram, some which led to doing literally millions of dollars of deals together.

You all are the pros so I'm hoping to get confirmation that while the example dealt with ideal situation and round numbers, if the scenario is more than a far-fetched fair tale.

Cheaper than Google, YouTube, Instagram, Loopnet etc...If you are just using the pro membership for the calculators I don't see it as a bad investment but you won't die without it.
