To me this seems to be a little over the top and unnecessary.

I just don't want to overshare if I don't have to since that could open the door to some unnecessary conversations.  

I believe people put up unnecessary barriers in thinking CRE is beyond their reach.

Have a clear understanding with your property manager.I made a pro forma of the property and it looks very promising.My original plan was to boot strap the renovation with my flips but the market here in Las Vegas is on fire and I need to ride this flip wave for a little longer.I received several code violations from the city of Dayton and I drew some unnecessary attention to myself. 

My gut tells me that would be unnecessary but we will see. 

And my umbrella policy will cover that action.So at this point, with just 3 properties for the forseeable future and solid liability coverage through insurance, is my LLC unnecessary?
