I'm a Marine veteran working in the elevator construction industry full time.

Very interested in notes industry and education.

I probably bit off more than I can chew.. coming into this industry with limited resources and no guides.

More than 15 years of experience in an international customer service environment.My goal is to constantly improve my skills and knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in sales, where extensive experience and expertise can be utilised.

Yea I am a account manager in commercial HVAC industry so I realize how abstract a question it is but I really appreciate the ball park of your experience and the feed back!

After several years away from the industry I am back and will soon be full time.

We have a thriving medical and cyber security industry with a lot of big name Defense Contractors in the area (Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, etc.)Stop ignoring real estate investors here, you're losing money if you continue to do so!

Many real estate agents think it needs to be a pristine turnkey almost-new construction to go FHA because of some nonsense that went down in 2005-2007, and they are mostly wrong about FHA property standards.The question is, are you willing to be scrappy and industrious?
