Called and emailed several departments/people with every new person that finally replied sending me to a different person/department.

You don't want to be in the middle of a time sensitive transaction where your money is on the line and be working with someone who doesn't answer their phone or is slow to respond to emails.

Are there any big industries that bring in temporary or short term workers or contractors? 

The business may still be viable for investors as there continues to be a need for temporary housing solutions for healthcare workers and other essential personnel.

I have a duplex with them that has on unit now running into 3+ months vacant with no work order estimates, poor communication, ignored emails and texts.
