would have been better if there was a higher temp difference between inside and out but very good deal for $25.I finally have the house in the best energy efficiency it has ever been in.1. 

So, the question is, should I more so consider working in the RE field (i.e. property management team, working in a bank, etc) or just do these temp jobs to build a little more capital before beginning?

Hi Calvin,I would amend the lease to include this new person and do your normal due diligence and app fee.Make sure that temporary person receives all of the appropriate addendum's that you need.You want confirmation of signing off on smoke detectors, mold addendum etc. recorded and all the info on the temp person.

I would def. use either a spreadsheet or google sheet where you can leave comments and or colorcode the sheet to give an indication of the status and temp of the lead.

We also get most of our bookings through Airbnb, Furnished Finder, and temp housing agencies.
