Investment strategy in Greater Phoenix Area

Hi everyone 👋,

My name is Hechen, based in Bay Area California. Super excited to join BP and learn from all the experts here!

Based on my circumstances and familiarity with the area, my first goal is to set up an investment property in the Greater Phoenix area. There are a couple of strategies I am evaluating, would love to hear from RE veterans' POV:

  • 1. Short term rental close to ASU (Tempe, Phoenix)
  • 2. Buy & hold in areas such as Chandler, Gilbert

If you have experience in investing or are an agent in that area, would LOVE to connect with you.

@Jeremy Holden has some experience in Phoenix and surrounding areas. I'm sure he'd give you his perspective!

    Good luck!
