If it’s 1/2” to 1”, a chisel and hammer work great.

Don't just ban hammer posts to Marketplace which is a cluster of crap to begin with on most days.

I don't know if we're at the bottom, though my farm area has been hammered.

The purpose of a debate, for me, is not to hammer everyone into thinking my way.  

@Matt Ward Maybe REITs dont flucuate much but from my experience the index reit I held was hammered in the last recession...can’t remember the ticker but probably the biggest reit index fund.

Small tools that are commonly owned by most people (screwdrivers, hammers, etc) would generally be deemed as personal usage items. 

I find a lot of people just assume that since they inherently trust their friend/family member, a lot of the "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios are not hammered out in fine detail which can lead to confusion and personal interpretation after the deal is closed, which it should have been addressed pre-emptively before the money was lent out.

But dealing with an angry wife just sucked.As for why we didn't hammer her in a review, it's because our communication was good and friendly. 

And that has to be hammered out.
