I can tell you as a NMLS licensed mortgage banker ( which I am ) . that if your caught giving a kick back you will lose your license and lively hood.I have been in the business for 42 years hundreds of millions in closed transactions and I have never been offered or received a kick back nor would I offer.Nice dinner ... bottle of wine GREAT service yes .. but little kick backs that just screams of EAst coast every one wants a taste mentality.. it just does not happen with those that have good business ethics that all the folks I deal with have.

he reply well you send this post card whit my address (but to remind you he is screaming on the phone) so I said yes I did. but I still don't know how many rooms there is and bath and sqft etc.etc....so I told him I am sorry for the postcard it won't happen again and he hang up.this phone call got me all bend out of shape today made me feel like I was worthless. my question is he called on my cell phone what is the best way to screed these callers out?

In spite of the fact that a year earlier we were screaming because gas was $2.25.They'll charge $5 for awhile and then we will all be grateful when gas goes down to $4.I've lived though an earlier outrageous oil price hike and it nearly destroyed the economy of the US at that time.

He needs to be stoped and face the consequences, I’ll understand if he lost his job a better approach would have be appreciated, screams and curses will not get you no where , so because of his attitude eviction it is .FYI - if you’re getting help from the city as in food / they come twice a week with huge boxes of food .

After the first time this happened, I called my tenant and explained that it was inappropriate for him to be screaming and cursing out the neighbors, regardless of their behavior (sounded like the other party did SOMETHING to tick him off both times).Well, today I get another text from this neighbor telling me that my tenant is just going off inappropriately.

Also, if you have any sort of objections to their plans then you are urged to let them know - they usually get feedback from a few regulars so a fresh opinion is quite valuable if it doesn't involve screaming or cursing (which I'm sure you would never do).Also, the advice from the others to think about a subdivide is generally good, especially in the sense that you won't have to use the whole piece for the collateral when you proceed.
