Listings get stale pretty quick and you have a price challenge to deal with so you need to refresh your listing often......after you get your price in line.My project criteria (all calculations done BEFORE I buy):- ARV estimate must be in line with the neighborhood (be conservative!)

Anthony was there as well as host and, again, we learned a great deal about value-add apartment investing.One of the things that is really refreshing about Anthony's boot camp and workshop is the lack of heavy upselling that is so prevalent in other apartment investing gurus' courses.

They are not new but you may not have read them.The Power of Habit - great book for understanding your own and other peoples habits.Hmm, most of the books I can think of have been mentioned on the BP podcasts.Buy and Hold by David Schumacher is great.The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing - great for getting your own house in order.not a book, but a blog - Mr Money Mustache - great for getting your own life focused if Financial freedom is your thing. 

Maybe a refresh or something. 

So if you’ve already had a cost seg study performed and made significant improvements to your property, it could be beneficial to refresh the study.

It is so refreshing to be a part of this culture.
