Which could potentially be managed by bringing in crops from other states, redistributing supply chains if you will.It’s possible that desalination is a viable option, but my understanding is that, that technology still has some less than desirable environmental impacts (I could be wrong).

Even small mixed use requires business knowledge beyond that of residential, you need to basically understand the business your tenant is in, environmental concerns, hazards, basically what your tenant does and what risks they may pose will determine if they will be successful or if you'll be empty.
