Download an app like credit karma and you will see all the hard inquires you had in the last two years as well as anything else that is impacting your credit like credit utilization, late payment, judgments.

There is an option to download as PDF but I would really also like an excel / CSV version to compare.

This is not an arena you want to trust to some random downloaded form off the internet. 

They will have access to a Law Library and will be able to download you an Illinois compliant Lease.

I am going to need someone too.Funny I just heard a podcast that mentioned to download this app not even 2 hours ago I guess it’s pretty sweet but I haven’t even looked into it yet.

You'll also be able to find links to his website there where I believe he gives out some of his scripts.Youtube has tons of videos utilizing cold calling scripts and I'm sure many of the big names on there will have some kind of free scripts you can download or sign up for.Best of luck to you moving forward!
