I'm very disappointed as that was my first visit to that group, and to be so completely lied to has just lost them a potential member.I don't begrudge the speaker, as he was enthusiastic ... but I kept on wondering when he was going to start addressing the agenda!

@Derek Daun LoL, I was stationed in Las Vegas for 5 years and I always compare insurance to gambling casinos....you give them your money and they never have to give you anything in return.  

And some of this newly found gentrification is going to get rolled back pronto when the next recession hits, based on the wet-behind-the-ears generation that's so enthusiastically embraced it.
