Coming from Austria, I'm naturally drawn to mountains, but Atlanta has definitely positives as well (international airport hub, real estate opportunities).

Of course because of the airports being right in town.. but really cool places.  

Colorado Springs is still quite nice compared to a lot of run down cities, south east side is truly the only place where a significant amount of robberies, murders and drug trade takes place.A lot of opportunities I am seeing is west side of I-25 and north east above the airport.

Reviving this old thread about Chicago south shore, anyone more specific information, from my recent visit there I did somehow see what @Mark Ainley says about 79th St, but does someone have more inside depths in the area, specifically regarding closer to the shore or more far (near the Midway airport)?

To get technical, when UCLA forecast regions they factor port and airport traffic numbers as indicators along side many other things.

New airport?

Greensboro is one of the better transit hubs in NC, between the Airport, Amtrak, Public bus, and new Bike path cover all of Greensboro called the Greensboro Greenway is under construction.

Love the airport there flying in over the bay... there is an instrument approach that takes you over the spit and turns you back in.. and the burgers at the restaurant are nice.
