I've commonly seen between $250-400 for a move-in fee for each adult applicant in lieu of a security deposit.

My applications have been through Zillow and each adult pays $30 which is not insignificant so I don't want people wasting their time. 

The cabin has 1300+ sqft of space and is ideal for a family of 6 or 2 adult couples.

Granted none of us want for a tenant to harm themselves or pass away in our house, but this is there own personal freedom to partake in prescribed drugs, alcohol, and other legal but possibly dangerous adult activities.
