I've become addicted.

It's an addictive catch-22 as they then try to buy into the same must have area.

The first purchase is always the toughest but you'll find that it becomes addictive.

(Not just BP).My main concern with your borrowing addiction is you seem worried by the thought of Banks wanting you to have 25%+ equity before they'll give you refi terms.

The feeling of success that came with each "thank you" was addicting; scouring the BP forums for tax related questions soon became an obsession (thank goodness for key word alerts).

The mom's record came back with an eviction from 5 years ago which she knew nothing about- they had moved out of a bad situation (drug addict living upstairs and stealing from them) and the landlord filed 3 months AFTER they moved.  

My first post, wish it was for a different reason.Basic question is what do I do with a tenant that has checked themselves into rehab for a meth addiction?
