I got my license earlier this year so I can keep growing my portfolio and help other people learn what I did.

I'm planning to grow it into other areas of real estate investing.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my three teenagers, traveling, and binge watching Netflix series. 

The point of this story is to demonstrate how real estate lending is relationship based and its worth spending more time, effort and perhaps accrue interest expenses early on, even if you don't necessarily need the financing because formulating these relationships are extremely helpful as you grow.

I have seen that creating a site through a PMS is not a good idea since it makes it difficult to chnage PMS in the future and you may not have the full rights to your URL.

Also, as our business grows, we know that IGMS can handle it.
