Systems/structure (HVAC, electric, plumbing, windows) always has to be prioritized above cosmetics even if it means we might not get the highest resale...we can be creative with cosmetic to try to save costs and still make it look good!

The lower class seem to operate by prioritizing their debt based on who pushes them the most- If Rent-a-center has the most communication with the tenant and negotiates their payments first, then the tenant will pay for their living room set before the rent.
