I look forward to the camaraderie between real estate investor friends, that which is commonly only seen between sporting partners. 

I've played sports my entire life and for the most part was able to block it out, or at least press through it, when it came to that (for instance; up to bat in baseball or at the free throw line in basketball).

I'm a Junior at the University of Central Florida majoring in sports and exercise science with a minor in entrepreneurship.

Could be another language, type of sport, piano, photo shop, etc.

I'm a West Virginia University graduate, with a masters in sports administration from the University of Northern Colorado (as you may have guessed -- that is the excuse reason I am living here in this amazing state).

And real estate is a team sport.

Our metro is unusually large, has three professional sports teams, and is also benefited by an eclectic variety of industry.To add to that, the affordability is extremely attractive.

I recently dropped the night/monthly rent to see if that would help drive leads but so far coming up a bit short.About the property:Located in South Philly (East Passyunk). 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and roof deck that has center city views & clear visibility of the sports complexes.

I signed my kids up for music lessons, sports, and other activities without considering the cost because in my mind, I am a millionaire and millionaires are wealthy and that is what wealthy people do.
