By the way, an embedded command is a fancy word for putting a “call to action†within the body of the letter.I mail Vouchers, Yellow, Postcards , and professional letters.

It is my understanding if the tenants ' don't follow the rules' they can lose their vouchers but there are ways folks get around that.

The voucher's all of a sudden in the past week seem to be higher amounts but still skeptical of the rent to the landlord will be after the utility stipend the tenant gets off of the gross voucher value.

I have Sect 8 tenants in Cleveland and in Oakland and it's usually the boyfriend moving in with the girlfriend that has the voucher.......people almost "expect" this to happen......and a lot of times it can be overlooked if everyone living there acts accordingly and doesn't disturb the neighbors, etc.
