The days of the flip and quick wholesale may be temporarily over (though some here are still doing well), but the buy and hold strategy still prevails.

@Jamaal Jaynes  Have you considered living in one unit at least temporarily while you rent the rest out?

Trade embargo with Cuba is continually weakening and the South Florida ports are slowly rising in revenue from that and general economics of logistics.

This will temporarily make it look better but probably only last 2 years max before scratches and chips show the blue and pink.

I have used eRentPayment temporarily but found the website clunky and outdated.  

If this is the case, the structure needs to be temporarily supported, the primary supports removed, the failing concrete excavated and a proper footing poured to support the load.

I've found that the ozone machine will temporarily fix the problem but the smoke odor needs to be sealed off with the Kilz first (which may remove the need for the ozone machine anyway). 

For regular 120 V wiring, if there is an overload or short, the Romex might temporarily have to handle several thousand watts, without getting hot enough to start a fire, before the circuit breaker in the main panel pops. 

I don't know a lot about this but it strikes me that with all the misinformation out there....seems like panic will temporarily drive down pork and it's an excellent time to buy some pork futures and stocks in flu pharmas......I don't know.

Tape some tinfoil onto the fixture to approximate the molding/reflector, and hang it up temporarily to see what you think.
