You might want to try to carefully dismantle this to find the root of the problem.

So putting down roots and buying a house with a 30 year mortgage meant you would live in a free and clear house down the road.

But its guys that live there deep roots.. and can stay right on top of these.. the PM issues are just staggering in almost all cases.

Is there a Veeder-Root or similar gas sale / leak detection system?

I'm not super stoked about making the same mistakes twice:) The answer lies within identifying your root problem, and it has nothing to do with finance.

In addition to roots being notorious for foundation problems, shrubs and trees are a lot of work.

You do have a right to enter in the case of an actual emergency, without providing notice.But if you are just trying to use an emergency as an excuse (or worse, go off neighbor suspicions, which can be and often are rooted in bigotry) to snoop around, that's a no-go in every state, as far as I know.I'm not a lawyer; this is not legal advice.
