Random inspections- allowed or not ?

Do landlords have the right to have a clause for 'Random' inspections ? I usually keep enough notice to tenants and co-ordinate with them but have recently come across some 'fishy' tenants and would like to have the right to just pop in during emergencies (i.e with ZERO notice). Can I add something to the below effect to the lease.

In case of emergencies such as water damage, other safety issues reported by neighbors/third party, to protect own and neighbors proprt , landlord has right to conduct an inspection without any notice? Landlord will open door with their key after knocking and will give 15m for tenant to response. if no response, landlord will enter with own key
