Real businesspeople and investors know you learn more from the losses than the wins and diligently try to figure out where they went wrong.

I don't trust them and it so much more reliable to take a few minutes and look at your real competition to set pricing. 

This could also force your current tenants to lose their jobs and need to move out and then you’d be in a real bind.

There's no real perfect solution.

You'd probably want a real estate attorney familiar with creative transactions to help with the documents.

Almost anyone with a real service animal, would have had it with them at the viewing.On the application next time, have a box that asks if they have an animal that will be living with them-not a pet, but an animal.
