If you represent buyers for that project and get commissions as a realtor (and on top of it don't disclose it), it's promotion for all intents and purposes and against the rules so I was just warning you against that in a friendly manner (I'm not here to play the police and people can see through direct or hidden promotions it's not my role to judge for others).

There is plenty of office support, AppFolio software, I am open to bumps in commission/bonus structure -- portion of rent raises, lock changes, identifying more MF buildings, commissions IF we decide to sell any properties, etc.

The loan officer can tell you all day long they will release a property if you wanted to sell it, but servicing and back-office people often find other covenants in the loans to stall a release.
