So that brings me to today, wanting to continue the momentum and design the life I want to live- not forced to live.

This was mostly a momentum play although we were able to get it well below market value.

I started with buying one small single family house and then from there I used that as momentum to buy a duplex, this led to more hands-on learning, and experience which has led me to acquire another duplex.

My wife and I just purchased our first rental property (a north central townhouse) and are looking to keep the momentum up.

Hi there - I have completed my first two deals, which are going better than anticipated, and am trying to keep carrying this momentum.

I feel a bit late to start with where the market is, but I want to get my first deal out of the way to build momentum and gain experience.

I'm still playing transaction coordinator, buyers agent, open house host, etc, but I can see a day when I bring in others to do those tasks.It still feels like herding cats at times as I build momentum, but I'm getting better at keeping things moving so I don't ever finish with one closing without anything at all on the horizon.
