It didn't make sense to me to have my tenants pay online with some sort of credit card or ACH receiving service so I went with regular personal checks.

I personally would've held out for more, either from these buyers or different ones, the house had only been on the market about 60 days and we had quite a few showings, but my brother, who is my silent partner and more of the money end of the partnership, was aching to get this one off the balance sheet, so we accepted the $750k.

It is a 4 bedroom.I also had been planning to get rid of checks so one option is the same rate for one year lease as long as it is ACH on the first.

@Bryan O.While what is best will depend on your objective, here are some considerations: If you want access to bank checks, a debit card and/or the ability to ACH funds out, you will need a bank, credit union etc. rather than a brokerage.
