If you can demonstrate a track record of executing on the business plan you set forth, the banks will continue to lend you money and as they become more comfortable with you, your loan originations will out pace your balance sheet.

I think it’s going to continue to trend toward the Grand Haven and Traverse City type locations over the next 5-10 years.

The property was unoccupied so the water heater continued to run for a while possibly using (remaining) gas in the line is my guess.
