Shera,you are correct, you are not allowed to receive any personal benefits directly or indirectly from the IRA (getting paid commissions) or provide any services to the IRA (agent representation).

It is so much easier to build rapport knocking on doors and you can talk to the neighbors about the property to get additional information beforehand.You can ask an indirect question so you don't come across as soliciting.

I took direction as not meeting the general "requirements" for a goal:- specific- achievable- time targeted- measurableI would say the one most lacking in "direction" would be the time targeting.
