After listening to a few episodes (currently on ep. 15), I decided to sign up for the site to get engaged with the experts.About me: I was born and still live in Southeast Michigan; more specifically in Oakland/Macomb County area.  

Generally auctions with large numbers of liens tend to get a lot of competition from national players.

Former football player, still very active, I have a full time job as a med rep.

How does my company show it engaged in expenses?

@Ahmad Hijazi  prey is a little strong... but there is no question that CA investors are market makers all through out the mid west and turn key venues. with out them the real estate would not be worth even whats its worth today it would only sell for what a local investor is willing to risk on cash flow basissee my famous thread " 2% rule kills Values"  8 pages of thoughts from most of the top players on BP

I have 202 as well but have had yet to learn the rules as I can seldom find players for 101!
