We continue to have great guests who respect the property, and we get almost as much as we would if we had 4 BRs (based on my research on the AIR & VRBOs sites).I could see if you have a lake or ocean place and all your competitors have certain amenities, but otherwise, keep it simple....

I followed advice on this thread and made her lease month to month.Based on a podcast I heard, I decided not to increase her rent since I'm in a low appreciation area, and some competitors don't increase rents yearly either.  

But you are missing the point of SEO.SEO is not about backlinks, or citations or  what ever else Google and a ton of other SEO "experts" will make you believe.SEO simply is about having the website that provides the MOST value to people compared to your competitors.

I have yet to see a SEO company that really knows anything on SEO.Let me just ask you one thing.Do you think if you hired those guys to do your SEO, and your competitor also hires them....

Nobody is going to hand away how to be a great competitor, thats simple truth and logic. 

., it is 100% possible to click on a competitor's PPC ad over and over until you run them out of their daily budget.

A 50% pay increase while working 25% less hours in an industry that requires government subsidies to stay afloat and has competitors that already have lower costs  I’m sure the last few employees will become very rich  May they get every thing they are asking for.  

I'm not really keen on doing advertisements for potential competitors in this thread.  

Because I don't want this to be as me trying to only sell the company I work for if you PM me I can offer a couple of competitors as well.
