The only reason I wasn't immediately adverse to his sales pitch is because he is and has been a trusted member of the real estate group in attending, he's well established here, many people in the meeting know him and trust him.

Also, you are only 30 years old and have 35 years to save for retirement, I am def on the more risky side than my wife who is very risk adverse.

You have to have running water, working plumbing, doors that lock, a heat source, a stove, no adverse conditions that would be harmful to health (mold, vermin, etc.)
