Southwest Ohio is a great area to invest for cashflow properties.A couple suggestions, although you should have these from the podcasts.Visit the area before you buy anything.Find a great property manager in the area.Just getting those two items complete will go a long way toward your success.If you have any questions on the area, feel free to reach out.
