No one wanted to lend me money because I didnt have a W2 job at the time because I got injured playing professional sports and I was receiving workers comps but I knew I wanted to build in this business.

It is attractive in retirement due to the resources, vibrant environment, lower cost access to sports/ theatre, continuing education, etc.  

I could see this and legalizing sports gambling fitting into our unique city.

It’s not that different from sports coaching, except that it is focused on real estate investment.

The problem is not with them, however... for they have reached the pinnacle of their maturity and are doing what is familiar to them.  

We wanted to be able to stay home while they were young, coach their sports teams, etc.  

He's a good friend and seems mostly retired as he's an avid surfer, boxer and sports guy. 

I'm looking for reviews on Pinnacle Invest from investors who have actually worked with them.
