I actually just posted a reel on our Instagram where there were 2 birds nests in a bath vent fan in one of the properties we manage.

These are not just 'tales from the crypt' that I have imagined over the years, these are exact-experience cautionary stories from my life or the life of my fellow business owners.

Hi Lauren,I know it’s been years later and just seeing if you can update me on what ending up happening with this real estate investing thing.I am just bringing it up because I did go to the 2015 event in Edmonton and got to meet Mike Holmes and thankfully I didn’t have enough money to pay for these classes, but I just don’t understand in the first place way Mike was there and I was so confused about the whole thing and now the internet and instagram scammers are posting untruthful stories about him because scammers are all making trying to scam people using his face through bitcoin era company. 

I've survived to tell the tale because I select my own tenants.  

You can see the wood above the entry is not square anymore and rotting..no inside pics is a tell tale sign of unsightly problems usually.old brick buildings usually have bad basements, issues, but not always.for 3 units that's not bad.I'm not a fan of Albany, or people living hours away from their buildings (especially if they are old and need work), but that's me.Most things in NY are old and it makes me ask the question, more people should just build new..?

I want my business to be properly licensed and approved by the city, county and state in which I am doing business.I know this was a long tale, but maybe you'll agree with me that it is better to make sure you are operating within the confines of the regulations in your area than not.
