Funding a 118-Unit Apartment Deal

Hey all,

I've gotten fantastic terms accepted for a seller financed 118 unit apartment portfolio in Kentucky. 72 units are in Glasgow, 46 are in Fulton. It cash flows day 1, there is a ton of upside, but I'm having trouble funding it and need to move relatively quickly.

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on who to go to that can help get this done, it's roughly a $2 million raise. I'm happy to provide more details if anyone has ideas, and want to offer a quarter-point assignment fee (about 21k) to someone who can help get this done!

I'm local to the Nashville and Huntsville area and am happy to meet up, or a phone call if not local.

Thanks!
