Hi Kelsie,We have a women’s real estate meet up in Lancaster.  

My wife and I own three properties in Tacoma and mostly rent by the room to young professional women (total of 20 tenants in the 3 homes).

I hear Investclub for Women is supposed to be good.

Embrace it; just don't let it hinder you.

There are some benefits to white, bleach, etc. but others have comments about dark colors to avoid showing stains.We buy a few black face cloths for women to remove their make-up.  

But in one of the recent episodes, one of the women went on and on about how ashamed she was of growing up in a trailer park. 

Then , they split  due to domestic violence, the women is leaving , the man stay and I am left with someone I would never want as my tenant... 

Tenants include dog groomer, record shop,  women's consignment,  hair salon, and daycare. 

I've also been embracing the entrepreneur mindset.
